In this role, you will:

• Provide clinical leadership and support across a multidisciplinary team
• Lead and mentor Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, and Behaviour Support Practitioners
• Deliver clinical supervision, coaching, and professional development to team members
• Support quality improvement initiatives and best-practice service delivery
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and client-centred culture
• Manage a reduced clinical caseload while maintaining high-quality care standards
